Zippit is a file transfer service that enables users to quickly share files between their devices using QR code pairing. Files are stored temporarily and automatically deleted after 24 hours.

3. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You are strictly prohibited from uploading, sharing, or transmitting:

• Content that infringes on intellectual property rights, including pirated software, music, movies, or other copyrighted material
• Malware, viruses, trojans, ransomware, or any malicious software
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content exploiting minors
• Content that promotes terrorism, violence, or illegal activities
• Stolen data, personal information obtained without consent, or hacked materials
• Spam, phishing materials, or deceptive content
• Content that harasses, threatens, or defames others

Violation of this policy will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to appropriate law enforcement authorities.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activity that occurs under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in suspicious activity.

5. File Storage and Deletion

All files uploaded to Zippit are automatically deleted after 24 hours. We do not guarantee the availability of files during this period and recommend keeping local copies of important files. We are not responsible for any data loss.

6. DMCA and Copyright Policy

We respect intellectual property rights and comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe content on our Service infringes your copyright, please contact us with:

• The location of the infringing material

• A statement of good faith belief that the use is not authorized
• A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons without prior notice. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, and any files associated with your account may be deleted.
